Mentorship

Mentor a newcomer to Canada!

All of us who live in a new country were certainly helped by someone at some point upon our arrival. There are many challenges, from bureaucratic tasks like getting a driver's license or health card to simpler things like choosing a brand of soap at the supermarket. We have to learn everything again, and the cultural shock can be eased when we find fellow countrymen willing to help us in this process.

With the aim of facilitating the connection between these individuals in the community, BRINCA has created the mentorship project. Through a simple registration, we select profiles that best fit, and the contact between mentor and newcomer is made. From there, both sides can agree on the best form of communication and frequency of meetings. There are no limits!

We want to create a community that is increasingly strong and united, and we believe that this link can create strong bonds between people. The one who was helped can be the one who helps in the future, and thus everyone wins.

To participate in our project, just click on the link below and register, or send an email to info@brinca.ca. This is a 100% voluntary work coordinated also by volunteers, so you don't need to pay anything.
